We are pleased to share effective December 31st 2022, MedSharp Disposal and Daniels Health have entered into a merger agreement. Working together and combining our operations and resources, we hope to provide you with a more comprehensive and efficient medical waste management service. Our combined expertise and capacity will allow us to better serve our clients, and we are confident that this merger will result in significant benefits for all parties involved.

We understand that change can be difficult, our mutual commitment to you is first and foremost making the transition as seamless as possible. Rest assured that all existing contracts and agreements will be honored, and our team will work closely with you to ensure that your medical waste needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Effective March 28th 2023...

MedSharp officially becomes Daniels Health Dothan AL servicing facility. This means all manifests, billing cycles, and payment information with transition to Daniels Health systems. We have tried to share all the details you need below. We're excited to work with you, welcome to the pride!

The information you need to know

NEED A PICKUP?

If you would like to schedule a pick-up or have questions about your regularly scheduled pick-ups, please call our Dothan office at 334-699-7711 or email dothanorders@danielshealth.com 

SERVICE FREQUENCY CHANGES 

If you need to change the frequency of your service or make changes to your standard schedule, our customer excellence team will be able to help schedule this for you. Please call our Dothan office 334-699-7711 or email dothanorders@danielshealth.com 

PRICING & CONTRACT CHANGES

Your current MedSharp contract terms and pricing will not be affected. If you would like a new contract with Daniels, our dedicated sales team will be able to talk you through options. Please call our Dothan office at 334-699-7711 or email dothanorders@danielshealth.com and we will connect you with an account manager. 

PAYING YOUR BILL

All invoices will be issued via email from usbilling@danielshealth.com starting March 28th. Get exact details on how to pay your bill here. If you have questions about your invoice, please call 888 952 5580 option 3 or email arus@danielshealth.com

LOCATING YOUR MANIFEST

Starting March 28th digital manifests will be emailed at time of service. To access historical manifests for services prior to March 28th 2023 visit Compliance Publishing and log in using your exsisting account login information or email dothanorders@danielshealth.com for login credentials. Should you need historical manifests for services after March 28th 2023 please call 888-952-5580 Option 1 and a customer service representive can assist.  

TRAINING AND EDUCATION 

Access your compliance trainings through the compliance portal link using your exsisting account login information. To request additional credits or request compliance training access, email dothanorders@danielshealth.com
